Terms and Conditions
  • A candidate belonging to the General Category with minimum of 45% marks and above (in case of SC/ST 40%) at the 10+2 level, will be eligible for the selection process. The students who have appeared for 10+2 and are awaiting results may also apply and their admission is subject to successful completion of the qualifying exam, with marks as stated above.
  • The students who have appeared for the CLAT examination will have the option to exempt themselves from taking the RCL admission test provided they have secured 80% or above in CLAT. However, appearing for the interview is mandatory.
  • The annual fees applicable for the academic year 2024 – 2025 is as detailed below.

Non-Karnataka fees Rs. 2,20,000.00
  • The candidates have to pay an advance fee of Rs. 50,000/- within one week from the date of declaration of Admission Result to book the seat. The tuition fee has to be paid after deducting the booking amount of Rs. 50,000/-.
  • A fee concession of 5% will be given for SC/ST students from Karnataka for the first year only.
  • Scholarship:In order to encourage meritorious students a Scholarship scheme has been introduced for the Academic Year 2024-25. This will be given as an Institutional Scholarship. The Scholarship is given in the form of a Fee Concession which is Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) for the students who have secured 90% marks and above in the aggregate in the qualifying Examination [XII OR II PUC]. This Fee Concession is restricted to the first-year fee only.
  • Please note that the admission to the college is only provisional and subject to the Candidate fulfilling all ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA and other conditions that may be prescribed by the admission notification of the Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.
  • Any disputes relating to fee reimbursement policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore only.
